Where are my prints?

When a print finishes saving, it appears in Memories. The newest memories appear first. Saving in MÉMORA is separate from exporting to the Photos app.

Export to Photos

Open a saved memory and use its export action to add the print to Photos. Allow add-only Photos access when iOS asks. If exporting fails, check permissions and available storage, then retry. Your memory remains in MÉMORA.

Camera or export permission

In iOS Settings, find MÉMORA under Apps and review Camera and Photos permissions. Return to the app after changing a permission. If the camera remains unavailable, check device restrictions and close other apps using the camera.

Keep important memories safe

Export important prints before changing devices or deleting the app. MÉMORA has no account-based cloud recovery. Manage device backups in iOS Settings. Deleting a memory in MÉMORA does not delete copies already exported to Photos.
